Bistro Mondo offers a one-stop destination for delicious wholesome dining showcasing the bounty of the white isle’s small farms and fisheries through a global comfort food menu. We aim to provide a glocal approach to food – a global cuisine with local ingredients – to bring the flavors of the world to San Joan. Our menu is inspired by the world cuisine of comfort food from the four corners of the world, with a focus on plant-based ingredients and local fish sourced from small-scale regenerative and organic farming.

About Bistro
Mondo concept
Traditional dishes from all over the world are served here. Tapas from Spain, pasta from Italy, curry from Thailand, a taco from Mexico, an American vegetarian burger, or a French bistro classic like salade niçoise. We make these dishes our way; we think freely and we have fun with it.
All our desserts are made without sugar and we offer vegan options as well. Our Bar offers crafted coffee from small independent producers, a wide range of teas, and homemade infusions from wild foraged herbs.
We offer a wide range of freshly made juices made with local and organic ingredients. Our Cocktails are made from freshly squeezed juices and artisanal spirits from around the world.
Our wine list is curated around the same philosophy as the food, organic, natural and made from small artisanal producers. From local Spanish wines to famous international areas and wineries.
